SID is a service app for users of public transportation systems. It solves the common issue of crowded trains by
collecting user data to find available seats. Furthermore it provides a booking and navigation service.
The project goal was to found a fictious start-up company and to create a digital service for trainstation surroundings.
By using creative methods like stakeholder maps, service blueprints or user journeys, we went through all stages of a
design and business process to come up with a fully realistic business concept at the end of the course.
The project was done with my fellow students Alexander Keil, Kim Victoria Klamser, Francsico Venegas and Oliver Van Meerendonk.
